I live in a large house in Sacramento near the intersection of Stockton and 14th Avenue. There are 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining room, a laundry room, a living room, an upstairs lounge, and a basement. The room Iām renting is the largest bedroom upstairs. It has a king bed, a dresser, a desk, a 50ā TV, and, of course, a closet. The house has a backyard with a garage, but its use is unavailable. In addition, I have dogs that are very sweet and very loving. No additional pets are permitted. Our household is quiet and clean. Household chores are part of the roommate agreement. Iām looking for someone tidy, low-drama, open-minded, employed, who is a dog lover. Students are welcome. This space would be great for a traveling nurse because we are close to U.C.
