Hi! My roommate is moving out and in with her boyfriend so I am looking for a new roommate to share this space with. The bedrooms are quite large for NYC and the apartment gets a great amount of natural light. We are close to McGolrick Park and McCarren Park as well as great restaurants to eat. It’s a great summer spot. I love riding my bike around the area in the summer. I have a small black cat, Lady Dracula, who you would share the space with as well. Preferably no other pets in the space but I do love animals and am open to it if it feels right.
Primarily looking for someone clean and responsible!
