Clark Street

Hi!! I’m looking for a responsible and all around cool roommate for the third bedroom in my house. I’ve lived in this house for about 21 years (it’s my childhood home) and my parents are moving out in the spring of 2019. As of now, it’s just me and a high school friend (23yo male). Pets are welcome, although please note I do have a cat.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a finished basement, recently renovated kitchen, large living room space, with a nice outside patio that’s great for entertainment (I’ve thrown a handful of good parties throughout the years).

A little about myself… I come from immigrant parents so I’ve grown up in a clean and organized home, something I’d like to continue. I work in NYC as a project manager for a construction company, so my days are long. I spend most of my time like any other 20-something, binging on Netflix and Salt&Vinegar chips. I’d like to consider myself to be laid back and prefer a quieter environment, although I do appreciate the occasional turn-up.

My friend, and our future roommate, works as a server at a sports bar, so his days are opposite of mine. He has a gorgeous pitbull that may be joining us, but we haven’t worked out the details yet. Also please note we’re both 420 friendly (outside only, not inside) so if that is an issue, sorry :/
