Hi there! I am renting out a private bedroom (female only). The minimum stay is three months. After that, the month-to-month lease. If you are interested in this listing or have a question, please do not hesitate to ask me.

Note: My apartment has 1 master bedroom and 1 private bedroom. I am living in the living room and the other roommate (female) is living in the master bedroom.

Here is the description.

1.The bedroom and bathroom There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom. You will share the bathroom with me.

2.Living room I live in the living room. The curtains are set up, so basically you cannot use the living room.

3.Kitchen There are the stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen would be shared with me and other roommates.

4.Amenities Wi-Fi, Air conditioner (for the entire apartment), Comforters, Sheet sets

5.Laundry The laundry room is outside of the apartment. It costs $1.25 each washer and dryer.

6.Parking It’s free to park on the street. However, it is sometimes hard to find a parking spot.

7.Accessibility Within 20 minutes by car to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Downtown LA. Bus and train are easily accessible (Train stations and bus stops are within 10 minutes by walk). Supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, as well.

House rule

☆Unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay at my apartment. If you really want to bring your friend or boyfriend, we could make some rules for it.

☆Please be quiet from 11 pm to 7 am. 

☆Please do not use the kitchen from 11 pm to 7 am (Just taking food or drink is totally fine) If you use the kitchen, please do not use it over one hour since the kitchen is next to the living room and I live there. 

☆Please do not use the bathroom for more than 30 minutes. Less than 20 minutes would be appreciated since we would share the bathroom.

☆Please take off your shoes in my apartment.

☆No party

☆No smoking

I am a Japanese female in my thirties. I work at an accounting firm. I am preparing for CPA exams and sometimes work at home, so I prefer a tranquil environment, and I would be happy if you also prefer the same environment.
