Hello, I’m a student and I live with a roommate in a 1,760 sq.ft TownHouse with 3 bedrooms and I would like to rent out one room in the house which is 160 sq.ft + closet | price $700 | all utilities are included, water, electric, gas, cable, Internet, Wifi, garbage, maintenance, parking, snow removal, etc. Most of the time I leave the house at 9 am and come home at 10 pm ( also on weekends). My roommate works M-F 2 pm to 1 am usually. We are looking for someone who has a job and knows how to maintain the house. house features: -updated Modern Kitchen (Dishwasher, Microwave,..etc and tenant shared kitchenware)

• 2.5 bathrooms (bathroom will be shared with a roommate)
• In-house Laundry (washer & Dryer).
• backyard with barbecue -2 car garage (parking for up to 4 vehicles max but moving cars out of the driveway would be necessary) street parking is also allowed
• A big living room that has a tv with Netflix, Amazon video, and Hulu available.

The house is 5 minutes walking distance from Schaumburg train station and really close to 390 expressway.
