Hi there! I’m Nick, a young professional living with 3 awesome co-ed roommates in a big 5 bed, 3 bath house.

Sadly, Travis is quitting his job to travel, so we are looking to add another more cool, responsible roomie to the house and create a fun, clean, welcoming and respectful atmosphere / community! Current housemates (Nick, Kristin, Sophia, Tim) share many interests; love to be active (hike, workout, snowboard, climb, bike, golf, keep plants alive), hang with friends in and around Denver, go to events, music, sports, etc. Very easy going, super clean, and enjoy spending relaxed time at home. Nick and Kristin work remotely (though Kristin is primarily a flight attendant, so she is flying a lot), everyone else is on site (construction supervisor, clinical researcher). Looking for another awesome person to join the team!

🏡 This is a 2,700 SqFt home with a large backyard. There is one bedroom coming available Feb 1, another April 1. There are 3 common areas - entrance/upstairs living room, addition living room (huge), basement living room. You’re welcome to involve yourself with the housemates as much or as little as you’d like.
