Includes washer and dryer. There is a backyard with a garden and shed for storage. Within walking distance of downtown.

I work in Brunswick but am around most evenings. I’m looking for someone to take over the extra room either on a month-to-month or for a period term. I have private landlords who are great and don’t interfere with the house too much. I have dog and am open to a dog being brought but there would be a pet deposit and pet interview.
