About the room
Very clean and spacious living area and private bathroom. Half garage stall included.. shared kitchen. Very nice neighborhood and safe.. new Carpet paint and clean.
Huge fenced in yard . I’m a pretty tidy person But not overly cleaning freak.
However I expect someone to clean up after themselves and keep everything clean as well.
I would really like a nice friendly renter.
Sorry no dogs or cats. And no couples please.
I am very easy going person.
About the roomies
Just me sometimes my adult sons will stay on a weekend maybe once every few months .
Prefer someone that is helpful and not lazy. (vacuum their space, clean shower ,wash and put away their own dishes etc) and sometimes help with chores..?
I’m very friendly and easy going but don’t like to be taking advantage of.
This is a very nice place . Respect my property.
