About the room
Very clean and spacious living area and private bathroom. Like your own Apartment!; Half garage stall included.. shared kitchen. Very nice neighborhood and safe.. new Carpet paint and clean.
Huge fenced in yard . Iām a pretty tidy person But not overly cleaning freak.
However I expect someone to clean up after themselves and keep everything clean as well.
I would really like a nice friendly renter.

About the roomies
Just me sometimes my adult sons will stay on a weekend maybe once every few months . Prefer someone that is helpful and not lazy. (vacuum their space, clean shower ,wash and put away their own dishes etc) Iām very friendly and easy going person! :) .
