Newly renovated, half mile to University of Pacific and shopping centers, the house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood of country club, a good suburb in Stockton, walking distance to UoP.

The house has room air conditioners for summers and central heating for winters, all utilities are included in rent. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, chair and door with lock. It is ready to move in. Just bring in your own luggage, pillows, linens and comforters.

In common area fridge, gas stove, washing machine, dryer and internet WI-FI are free to use. Full-time employed or students are considered only, full time students get $20 discount in rent.

Because there is currently a female student in the house to share the bathroom, for convenience only ladies are considered. Thank you for understanding.

This is a stable, healthy and long term situation. We are looking for someone that is clean, quiet, stable, responsible, respectful and pays rent on time. Smoking and drug are not allowed on the premises.

The host couple are in mid-thirties with tertiary graduate background. The husband is an engineer and wife is a teacher. We live at the other portion of the house with own kitchen and restroom. The renter will share the restroom and kitchen with 1-2 clean and quiet university student(s).
