It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bathroom Townhouse located in the Centreville area. We do want people that take their shies off before entering the house. Although we have a basement, we are not allowed down there because it is rented out another person (They can’t go up, we can’t go down). Besides that and the other two bedrooms, anything is free range. We have a lovely balconey that can be used anytime. Our location is a 12 minute drive from GMU that also has a pool, basketball, and tennis/pickle ball court in the community. Not only that, but the house also comes with multiple kitchen appliances, laundry and dryer, and an airhockey table (don’t ask how we got it).

Both me (Connor) and my other roomate (Gabe) are both decently introverted, but once we get to know you, you will find us to be a talkative bunch. Gabe will be the one you will share a bathroom with, and you will find that he is a clean freak, so you know the bathroom will be spotless. We are both night owls and work jobs that are scheduled from 4pm-11pm so you will mostly likely not see us unless you are a night owl yourself, but we will most likely be in our rooms anyway. We keep things moderately clean with the but do put off cleaning dishes quite a bit.
