15 minute walk to beach, 5 minutes to food shops and grocery store. Secure newly renovated building. Bus stop out front (no parking, except hard to find street parking). No sleepovers / guests (sorry, but it’s for security reasons), clean and tidy place, so appreciate same in roommate. Free AC / internet / cable TV with flat screen all in the private room. Free laundry downstairs. I’m the caretaker for the entire apartment building, so have made sure security gates and cameras installed around building, to ensure safe place for all to live. I work a lot managing / doing maintenance on other properties, so rarely home. Thank you… -Lance
