About the room
I have a very comfortable room available in a 2-bedroom house with a private bathroom and all utilities included. It’s a very peaceful and quiet location in Lake Placid and there is a nice backyard with lots of wildlife, fruit trees and flowers, as well as a small above ground pool and sitting area for your morning coffee. Please no smokers, drug users or heavy drinkers. Must love animals. Rental would be on a month to month basis. Please feel free to text or call with any questions.
About the roomies
I’m the only one living in the house right now (besides my pets). I’m 68, retired and love gardening, ballroom dancing and the outdoors.
