Nice room for rent, I try to keep it easy & flexible. You share the 1.4k sq ft space with whoever rents the other room. All Utilities are included. Really good internet 1 gig fiber, Hardwired Ethernet in every room. I keep nice gardens outside. I take care of problems as I’m told about them. Small washer & dryer upstairs - Basement W/D can handle bedding. I have three cats, I would really rather not stress them out with more pets. They stay in the basement with us but sometimes they sneak upstairs - The sweetest cats! We have our own kitchen and bathroom in the basement so the entire main floor is the tenant’s area. Month to month lease.

The tenants of the other room are moving out at the end of the month so it’ll just be us, Brad & Ezra & our very friendly well behaved cats that we for the most part don’t let go upstairs if it can be avoided.
