I live in a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1600 sq ft, ranch type home (all on one floor). The room is furnished (double bed). Another furnished bedroom is kept open for occasional overnight guests (subject to my approval. There is room for some storage, a large privacy fenced back yard with a huge deck, carpeted bedroom floors, hardwood floors elsewhere, built-in kitchen appliances, washer, dryer and a doggy door. The rent is $600 per month including all utilities and internet and can be subsidized in exchange for a bit of help in maintaining the place; subject to negotiation. I am a senior lady. My rescue dog, Buddy, is a 15 pound Jack Russell Terrier who loves everybody and everything. This is why the name ‘Buddy’. He is also an escape artist (I didn’t know JRT’s are famous for this and this is why he is a rescue.) who recently lost his dog companion to illness and desperately needs another (under 25 lb-house trained) doggie friend. I would love to have the companionship of a lovely person who is neat, clean and trustworthy. And if you love to cook I will even buy the food.
