Looking for 1 roommate for awesome uptown house. Located 2 blocks from the St Charles Streetcar and 1/2 block off the parade routes. 4 bedroom house with nice outdoor patio; plenty of space located on Jena street close to Prytania. 2 car driveway. One current roommate is relocating. The other 2 current roommates ( male / female ) are working professionals and plan to stay in the house because they love the area. Rent is 975 per month plus utilities.

About the roomies

Scott has been in the house for about 10 + years now and I really like the location and the amenities of the house. I am in the hotel business and have been for my entire career, I travel quite a bit, so I am not at home a lot. Amelia is the other roommate, and she is self employed.
