This is a furnished queen bedroom which shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with an adjoining room shared with a female graduate student. The room has a picturesque view of the front yard with a pond and farm scene in a very peaceful country setting within a nice neighborhood community. My husband and I live in the property in the master bedroom. We’ve enjoyed successfully renting to SU students and traveling WMC health professionals so far.

The monthly price includes utilities and shared use of the laundry, kitchen, main home living, and outdoor patio & deck areas. It is available to rent to a FEMALE Christian-friendly tenant. Single occupancy with no pets or smoking.

We live on eleven acres off of Apple Pie Ridge in Winchester, Virginia and are close to Martinsburg, WV. We’re in close working proximity to Shenandoah University, Winchester Medical Center, and the Martinsburg Medical Center and VA hospital.

My husband and I have five adult children. Our daughters have moved out of the home, and our sons are home during college breaks. We’ve refurbished two upstairs rooms to accommodate those looking for a room to rent.

David works full time as a systems engineer and Karen as a property manager. We are both Christian and enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
