Property and area are fantastic, with the apartment located at Ashwood Cove. The apartment itself comes with its own kitchen, living room to decorate, and your own private space and bathroom. It’s 5 minutes away from the MTSU campus, with the monthly rent covering both internet and heat/water/electricity. The apartment is also smoke friendly in and out. Only thing that is separate is the washers and driers, which are 2 dollars per cycle for each machine and housed in their own cabin. Monthly costs for YOU as the roommate: -Rent: 736$ for you, or half that if you’re a couple! Due by the 1st of each month with a five day grace period.

Electricity: $120–$140 (varies with AC usage), but electricity does need to be put in your name before I move out on the 25th!

Internet: NOT INCLUDED, but you can get it installed as soon as I move out. Current recommendation is AT&T, about $67 a month for 1 gigabit home internet.

Water: Included in rent, no extra charge.

Also keep in mind, it’s $65 for the application fee, and there’s an initial $200 fee for trading your place as a roommate. If you are able to cover the full $200, that would be amazing! If not, I can split it in half with anyone interested.
