We’re looking for a wonderful being to join our cozy, and kindness-oriented home in Broomfield. It is a very spacious home with a big living room, family room with a wood fireplace, basement, fully equipped kitchen, free street parking, and backyard with plenty of room for gardening. Walking distance to King Soopers and bike trails around (suburbs - 20 mins drive to Boulder, 20 mins drive to Denver).

We value connection and independence, creativity and kindness, cleanliness and comfort. 🌈 We would love to keep it a TV-free house and rather encourage valuable time together.

Space to rent: Room Upstairs: 10x10 w/ 3x5 closet Corner of house (2 shared walls, 2 exterior walls) South-facing window Shared bathroom (w/ other roommate - guest bathroom downstairs) Some storage in garage, hall closet Rent is $1000/month including utilities Option for furniture add-on for $20/month including queen size bed, mattress, bedsheets, work desk and chair, drawer, nightstand, two living plants.

You’ll be living with two people and one cat: • Miri: artist who works with biomaterials, sometimes from her studio in Boulder, sometimes from home. Loves everything nature: hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, fishing. • Max: healing facilitator. He’s a creative, growth-oriented person who loves deep conversations, tea ceremonies, and hot yoga. He values harmony and connection. • Bean: A sweet 2-year-old cat that roams in the back yard. Additional cat or small dog could be welcome if friendly and trusted to use the cat door.

We’re a grounded, fun, and creative household that: • Organizes gong baths on Tuesdays from 7 to 8 - everyone is welcome, including friends. Occasionally hosts intentional gatherings (once every few months) with potlucks, dancing, and great company—minimal alcohol, high-quality vibes. Always make sure everyone in the house is comfortable having guests. • Values creativity, movement, and grounding practices like dance, tea, art, and being in nature. • Meets twice a month as a household to align errands. We encourage open communication, authenticity, and accountability. We love cooking together, jamming together, board games, and creating art. 🎨

We’re looking for someone who: • Is a strong communicator and values open, honest conversations. • Is decently active and enjoys being outdoors. • Wants to connect as a home—not just use this as a house to live in.
