Additional parking may be possible for a fee in order to accommodate a 2nd car, boat or RV. It does not allow access to the main house. It features a huge covered patio with sitting area and table for outdoor dinning. Also includes Washer & Dryer with folding table and all utilities. The Studio is fully furnished and features large shower, King size bed, Desk with comfortable chair, mini frig, microwave, and coffee maker. Conveniently located near shopping, dinning, Weeki Wachee Sate Park, numerous boat ramps and beaches. Easy access to Tampa via Fl 589 Toll. Only 45 minutes to airport.

This is a separate studio from a home with working professionals living on the property who are quiet, peaceful and enjoy privacy but are eager to socialize at times.
