About the room
A room — and maybe a friend — in a Lake Hills townhome
I’m looking for someone to share my home, and honestly the room and the rent are the easy part — I care more about who’s on the other side of the kitchen table.
A bit about me: my background’s in AI, and I spend a lot of my time thinking about nonduality — basically, questions about awareness and what’s real underneath the day-to-day. I’m drawn to people who are curious, reflective, and have their own rich inner world. My two cockapoos, Little and Sunny, are part of the deal — excellent, if occasionally loud, company.
The practical bits: a large, light-filled bedroom (king bed, walk-in closet, sit/stand desk) with a private bathroom right next door — entirely yours, jetted tub included. Brand-new kitchen and appliances to share, with half the fridge yours. Fenced backyard, EV charging, easy I-90 access, and walking distance to some of Bellevue’s best parks. $1,500/month, everything included, flexible terms — month to month or longer.
If that resonates, tell me a little about who you are and what you’re into. I’d rather hear that than a rental résumé.
About the roomies
It’s just me and my two dogs here. I’m easygoing and — fair warning — pretty talkative; I love getting into a real conversation (a good chunk of it with AI, honestly). Mornings I’m up early for a run, and I keep the shared spaces tidy and clutter-free. That said, I read the room — happy to share a meal and a long chat, just as happy to leave you your peace. Easy to live with, low drama, and respectful of your space.
