Master bedroom with private bathroom available in my 2b/2b apartment located off highway 80, very close to American River College. Rent will be $600/month and the bedroom available is 11x10 with a private bathroom and large sliding door closet. There’s no security deposit and I also cover the wifi bill. There’s lots of parking surrounding our unit, or you can rent a covered spot if preferred. You will have full access to the kitchen and living room that we’d share. Built in washer and dryer in unit. The apartment complex also has a dog park, playground, two pools, two spas, and a gym. Will be Available the first week of April. No pets, couples or children please

We are looking for a female close in age to us who is responsible, and has steady income. Myself, my boyfriend, my roommate, and our cat live there now. The room is available because my roommate is accepting a job offer in Alaska. The lease will be up in June and we plan on at least signing for another 6-12 months. We are 21/22 year olds attending ARC who both work part-time in addition to being full-time students. The house is 420 friendly and alcohol friendly, but we just like to chill not have big parties.
