Safe and secure building, quietly tucked in in the part of Brighton Beach area, away from general congestion. This area is considered one of the best places to live in NY. Walking distance from many international culinary shops, and such. Conveniently located subway system lines, take you anywhere you need to go in Manhattan and beyond. Also, Sheepshead Bay is one stop away on a B or Q lines. Famous NY Aquarium and Coney Island Luna Park are within walking distance along the boardwalk. Boardwalk is always busy with people taking a stroll, walking their dogs, exercising, running, and biking. Share a large cozy living room with a fully equipped island kitchen space, including the dishwasher. The laundry room is available in the building. I do keep my apartment clean and would appreciate the same courtesy from a potential roommate. I’m interested in a responsible person. I do have a friendly 🐈
