The available room is a secondary master—super spacious at 20x10.5, with its own private house entrance. Rent’s $1000/month, utilities like electricity, gas, and water are not included.
Added perk: Upgraded locks on internal and external doors for extra security. You get your own entrance on the outside of the house.
Great location: Close to the 202, 10, 17, 60, and 101, so getting around the valley is a breeze.
Note: The room can be furnished or not.
Move-in details: Security deposit, a quick background check, and first month’s rent due at lease signing.
