I am offering two rooms for rent in a home I recently purchased. The home is brand new and the rooms will be available for rent May 15th. The home includes hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a backyard deck, and three car garage. The common areas of the home will be furnished, and the kitchen will be fully stocked with cookware including pots, pans, plates, utensils, and glassware for the roommates to share. The house is currently under construction, but pictures of finished homes of the same model can be provided upon request.

I am a mid-twenty year old young professional who is seeking roommates who are either young professionals or graduate students.

The initial screening process will include: a background check, credit score, and proof of income.
