Close to Costco, Freeways, Supermarket, Restaurants, and Shopping Center. This room is available for one person only. Must be very clean, responsible, organized, and must have full time job. Washer and Dryer are onsite. This is a month to month rental. No pets, no alcohol, no party, and no smoking/drugs. Wifi included. Background check and credit check are required.
