Spacious rooms with good size closets. Perfect for those just moving to the city, as well as those that don’t want to invest in furnishing an entire apartment.
Rent includes: water, electricity, trash, gas, washer/dryer, internet and cleaning service for shared areas.
Tandem parking available for an additional $100/month. First come/first serve
Weekly cleaning service included for all shared common areas such as living room, kitchen, & bathroom. Maid service for individual rooms can be offered at an additional cost.
House Rules: keep common areas clean, no smoking inside (outside is ok), no loud parties, quiet hours 11pm-7am.
