We are Bliss (29) and Blank (25), two brothers living in a house near Western Ave & Hollywood Blvd with a room for rent on a month-to-month basis for $1200 a month (includes all utilities!) with a parking spot available for an additional $100/month.

Your Room:

• Approx 150 square feet (not including closet)
• Big closet
• 1/4 bath (toilet & sink)
• Well lit (2 large windows)
• Ceiling fan & lighting installed
• All storage and finishings are limited to your room, except for food/dishes/cookware in the kitchen.

House:

• 3 bedroom
• Gated property with remote controlled gate
• 300 mb/s WIFI
• Two gas heaters
• Gas stove & oven
• Microwave oven
• Fridge/freezer
• Located at rear of lot (quiet/private)
• Friendly neighbors!

About Us: Two brothers, working in Hollywood as a videographer and a musician. We are focused, driven, goal oriented, and we enjoy the company of other hard working, creative minds. Ideally seeking another creative go-getter/aspirer to share our home with. If you are interested in our respective crafts, we each have over 8 years of experience in the business and we enjoy teaching eager learners.

House rules to be abided by ALL house mates:

• No business transactions inside house
• Always lock door upon entry/exit of home
• Close/lock your windows when leaving the house
• Clean up after yourself in all shared spaces
• Nothing illegal is allowed to be stored in the house
• Any issues must be communicated immediately (we intend everyone to be happy & comfortable)
• Inform other house mates ASAP when having more than one guest over in shared space
• If needed, a noise curfew can be agreed upon.

The room is $1200/month, which includes all utilities. An additional $500 is required for an extra person (boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.).

A $1200 deposit is required before/immediately upon move-in, and will be returned after rented room is left in same condition it was upon arrival, and a 30 day notice is given before moving out (this means your last day will be the last day of the following calendar month, no exceptions!!).

Currently being rented, contact to arrange a day to see the room. Will be available April 1st, possibly sooner.
