The property has off-street parking with a community pool & clubhouse offering billiards and a ping pong table.

Any guests that stay more than 30 days, per the community, requires a background check and a 695 credit score to qualify. The rent is $1,200.00 a month. First month’s rent and $500 non-refundable deposit to move in.

Furnished well and all utilities are included. Electric, water, sewer/trash, pest control, digital cable, high-speed internet & home security.

Tenant MUST be neat and clean and have proof of a secure income. Absolutely - No pet’s, No overnight guest & No heavy drinkers or hard drugs.
