About the room

Spare room in my apartment available! The room is completely empty, but the rest of the apartment is already furnished with my stuff. I can always try and make room or adjust stuff but just be aware! Also not included the pics but I do have a standing AC unit for the summer since these apartments don’t come with one.

Not cool with smoking in the apartment (cigs or weed) but vaping is fine

Water/Sewer/Gas, renter’s insurance, and WiFi are included in that rent price, but electric is not.

About the roomies

I’m 23, currently doing both full time school and also working full time so I’m pretty busy. I’m VERY clean so I really really need someone who is also clean. Also hopefully chill and down to be friends as well as roommates :) I have two cats, which are technically the max that are allowed, but if you have one we might be able to work it out.
