Been in my property 7 years now. Townhouse close to downtown atlanta and east atlanta. Good neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, not much activity at all. We all work and relax. Owner takes care of property regularly.

About the roomies

Just me in the property. Parking garage for 2 cars. If you need a bed, I have one already. If you have your own bed, that works too; just let me know. Cameras on outside of townhome and door camera as well, very safe. Bills: Rent $1800, split 900-900. Water is included in rent. As for me; I work and love work and I travel a little. I also LOVE the gym; I use planet fitness off Memorial Dr.. Smoking is okay, garage or porch, we can communicate. House is clean. All I do is work. Very easy going and laid back.
