The unit is walking distance Clark Park, Upenn, Drexel, Baltimore Ave, Supremo grocery store, and all the bars and stores in University City.
I will be your only roommate :) Iām 31, easy going, introverted extrovert. I work remotely for a start up, but make a point to work out of a coffee shop some days of the week. All I ask is that we keep shared spaces clean. Iād love to be friends with my roommate.
