Share house- all utilities inc.- Suburban/quite house located in Orange, CT. 10 Mins to Yale Hospital, School of Medicine, and University. Back roads- no traffic. 12 mins to the beaches. Super clean, plenty of privacy, in a very safe neighborhood. Security cameras on premise. The listing says shared Bathroom only cause its in a common area, but will basically be yours. The house pet is a Chocolate lab named Oliver (super friendly guard/lap dog to all those who love him back and good with kids). Oliver has about an acre to run and takes full advantage of the property. Perfect space for those working through Yale, recently separated parents for temporary living and professionals who enjoy clean and quiet. I occasionally rent the room on airbnb. Great reviews. 5 stars. Very safe space. This was my flip home before the pandemic and now a permanent home. There’s always some sorta house project in the works.

I love to travel a bunch. I enjoy meeting people, have a great group of friends, but do not entertain at home very often. I’ve filled a passport and visited/explored all the U.S. States except two. Opening my home to another will make it helpful to travel more often knowing there’s some one here to keep an eye on the house while I’m gone. I’m a non smoker. I would prefer a female, non smoker to occupy the space(Smoke outside if necessary). My daughter(a book nerd teen) lives with me more than half the time so I hesitate to rent this room until we are comfortable and confident its the right fit. There is plenty of extra space to share. Private office access wheb needed. We are clean, polite, respectful to our guest and drama free. You will have run of the house and we will stay out of your way or you will be invited to every meal and event. Up to you. Month to month is fine to the right person.
