About the room
Looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom spacious apartment in Calabasas. The apartment comes with appliances and Washer/dryer unit built in.
I am a 30 year old guy and have been in LA for 5 years. I work from home most of the time and like to play video games, watch/listen to podcasts and play music (not too loudly).
Car parking is available with an extra charge. But there’s plenty of street parking available at all times. Utilities are in the house of $60-$70 per month based on usage.
There’s an extra deposit if you have a pet. The lease is up in August 2019 but can be renewed after that. The room would be unfurnished unless anyone is interested in buying the bed and mattress (previous tenant).
