Looking for a roommate for my spacious two-bedroom 650-foot setup that’s in a very nice part of the city less than a block away from the Golden Gate Park’s Conservatory of Flowers and Arguello Market.

In terms of rooms, the apartment comes with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms with excellent hardwood floors, quiet neighbors, and plenty of sunshine.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with three couches now, an ottoman, a TV, and a Dining Room table and chairs personally handcrafted by yours truly.

Due to the location in Inner Richmond, there is little crime or homelessness, and the Bus stop nearby should assist anyone looking for a safe commute to work.

There are plenty of shops within walking distance from Geary, a Safeway 7 blocks away, plenty of nearby parking on the road, and an easy path to Park Presidio if you need to make your way out for a visit or want to check out the Marin Headlands.

As for myself, I am a 27-year-old video Copywriter for 2K Games, and I’m looking for an easygoing roommate to live with, ideally in their 20s or 30s.
