About the room
The property is located close to SeaWorld. The apartment is roughly 1200 sqft, I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and I am looking to rent out 1 bed and 1 bath. I live on 3rd floor and there are no elevators. The unit also has a washer and dryer included. The community has a pool, gym, and other facilities. I am a Law Student so students are welcome. I am usually at campus or work, so most days only come at night, and dogs/cats are welcome if you have one.
I am looking for someone who is friendly, clean, easy going. Living room, tv, kitchen, Patio will be yours as much as it’s mine. No couples please.
Also, the mattress is brand new, the plastic cover is still on it and I ordered it recently just for roommate purposes.
About the roomies
I like to play tennis, swim, work out, read books (I have lots of books), and engage in intellectual conversations. I also ride my bicycle every weekend to different trails across San Antonio. I prefer to have an active lifestyle. I like to keep the place clean and I expect the same from my roomie, cooking, meal prepping, all is welcome.
