Spacious Master Bedroom Across from Saint Mary’s Hospital — Available January 1st

I’m renting out a large, furnished master bedroom on the lower level of a split-level home. The house is directly across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital (a literal 2-minute walk) and just one block from bus/shuttle stops, Fresh Thyme grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. It’s an ideal spot for residents, fellows, or travel nurses at the Mayo Clinic.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen suitable for everyday cooking. You’ll also have access to an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and AC. Neighborhood street parking is available for just $35 per year.

Rent: $850/month

Utilities: Split 50/50 — typically $60–$120 per person per month

Applicants must pass a standard background and rental history check with the management company.

I have two well-behaved and gentlemanly cats so unfortunately as much as I love all animals - we can’t have any other pets in the house. They also need a clean indoor-air environment, so this rental won’t be suitable for someone who does heavy frying, smoky cooking, or burns incense and candles.
