Leominster is a fantastic place to live, especially for commuters! With easy access to the commuter rail and major routes(2), getting to Boston (48 mins) or UMass Memorial Health Alliance(3 mins) is a breeze. Plus, having Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort just 15 minutes away is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts.

The property is a three level townhouse style condo with garage on the first level, kitchen / living room / bedroom / and full bath on second level, and two large bedrooms and another full bath on the third level. New rear deck is perfect for your BBQ grill. The rental space you’ll occupy is a private room with a semi-shared bathroom and a decent size walking closet.

Just remember, no pets are allowed, and a one-year lease is required. If you’re ready to move in by october1st, or even earlier with a prorated amount, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I’m an easygoing individual who usually works from my laptop but travels about three to four times a year. Currently, it will just be me and a roommate. i want to add another roommate. The potential roommate will get a very big size room with their own bathroom.
