A smaller room for 500 a month will be available in July. (Extra Large room for 900 has been taken) Basement suite for 900 a month including everything will be available in a few weeks. I’m looking for a female roommate. The room that’s available is extra large. You would have your own private room under lock and key. I’m not into the partying lifestyle, a non smoker, etc. I’m looking for a working or student roommate, that needs a relaxing environment for studying or home to come to after working all day. Utilities and unlimited high speed internet included. I’m located on the Arbor Station Mall / Chapel Hill side of Douglasville. Message me if you’re interested. Walmart, Sams club, movie theatres, nice and big Mall, restaurants, shopping centers, One Life Fitness gym, etc all within a few miles of home. Very laid back environment, mostly gone working or in room most of time resting watching movies.

All furniture and items in room can be removed that you don’t want, if you need a bed or furniture, I can get furniture out storage for room.
