Hello, I am renting out a bedroom in a house in a GREAT area. MUST be dog friendly as of I have 2 small furbabies. We will share a bathroom. Huge fenced in back yard. I am very down to earth, fun, out going & also LOVE staying at home with my babies. Location in Oakhurst area. Green way takes you to Walmart as well. BEST area in Charlotte that I have ever lived in. Will need to sign a 1 yr lease as well.

There is a lady that lives upstairs whom is also very sweet & kind. She keeps to her self for the most part.
