3 3-story home in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. We furnished this house for ourselves, not as a rental, so we went all out from the artwork to the office to the entertainment systems. We are looking for tenants who will take care and respect the house. The laundry room is in the first floor. The second floor has 2 flat-screen smart TV’s (65inch & 75inch) both equipped with Apple TV, a guest bathroom, balcony access, a fully furnished office, and a fully furnished kitchen/living room.

The office has a 75-inch Smart TV w/ Apple TV, 2 Huge Adjustable Standing Desks, and a massive 8ft glass board that you can write on and use anytime. In the living room, we have a brand-new couch that is very comfy and great for watching movies. The kitchen/living room has a 65-inch Smart TV w/ Apple TV with beautiful upgrades from granite countertops, contemporary glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and modern wood floors. If you don’t have utensils or cookware, we’ve got you covered.

As long as you clean up after yourself, you have access to our plates/utensils, pots/pans, air fryer, grill, microwave, blender, juicer, Keurig coffee machine, and crockpot. We have 2 large fridges/freezers, so there will be more than enough room to keep your food/beverages.

On the third floor are the 3 regular rooms are & 1 of the master bedrooms. The 3 regular rooms will be sharing 1 full bathroom on the 3rd floor & one half bathroom on the 2nd floor. The two master bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. There are currently three parking spots on the driveway and 2 on the curb with plenty of other parking further out if necessary.

Cougar Creek Park is a 5-minute walk away and grocery stores and restaurants are less than a mile away. (10 min walk or 2 min drive). At Cougar Creek Park, you can run laps around the park, play pickleball/tennis, and even work out, as the park has a mini outdoor gym. McCarran airport is 14 to 18 minutes away. Las Vegas Strip is about 15 to 25 minutes away, depending on the traffic.

This house is fully equipped with a Tankless water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis convey (water filter).

The tenants who are currently living in the house are all women ranging from 25 years old to - 50yrs old. Everyone who is currently living in the house has had their background checked. We specifically screened everyone in the house for cleanliness & reasonability. Basically, everyone in the house is really cool & nice, and we want to keep it that way.
