About the room
The rent is $750 with bills included. However, if you can’t pay that… I’m willing to negotiate and do 600 for the lowest rent with work in exchange to make up for the difference. I do need help around the house weekly with the dog. I have a 4 bedroom house, 1.5 bathrooms, huge enclosed front and back porch, living room, office, dining room, huge basement (with brand new tred mill, elliptical, squat machine with tricep/bicep and lat pulldown, dip machine, bench and plenty of weights), fenced in backyard. Basement could also have enough space for another office and entertainment space (basement is not finished though). Neighbour’s are cool.
About the roomies
I’m a 42 year old teacher and in the Army National Guard. I’m social but also like my alone time. I’m neat and like a clean house. I have a lab/husky mix (Cooper) who is adorable. I’m all for being friends with my roommate and am negotiable on most things. I would love to have someone to workout with, watch a show with and hang out but I am also respectful of boundaries and peoples need for “space” or alone time.
