10x12 bedroom on second floor of La Riviera townhouse. The room is currently unfurnished, but if requested I can add the essential furnishings. You will also have your own full bathroom and reserved carport space. The bathroom does not attach to the bedroom but is next to it.

Just 10 minutes from Sac State. Half mile from the American River bike trail.

Renovated just last year, including new windows, blinds, carpet, paint, and insulation.

Amenities include Wi-Fi internet, central heating and AC, full size laundry machines in unit, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave. There is also a living room with a large flat screen TV and comfortable IKEA furniture.

I own the place and I’m the only other occupant, taking the master bedroom.

I currently work from home as an online tutor. I was a college math teacher for about 5 years and took a break from it for several years, but now looking to get back to doing that part-time.

I keep a clean and organized living space. Usually spend my days working in my office room for several hours, with the occasional break for video games or a walk along the river. Evenings watching TV (Netflix or Crunchyroll) in the living room. By 11pm in my bedroom for quiet time. I almost never have guests, preferring to go out of the house instead.

Someone clean, quiet, and reserved (like me) is preferred.
