Room for rent in nice 3 bedroom apartment, 5 min walk from Journal Square PATH station.

Looking for a professional to share a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. One other person is currently living in the apartment. I am looking for someone to take over my room as I got a job in a different city and need to move out. You would take my place on the lease which expires the end of July, after which you would have the option to renew for another year. Need decent credit and $800 security deposit

Available room is pictured; it’s a small room which can easily fit a queen sized bed and small desk. Also has a closet.

Wifi and utilities (electric & gas) are shared between all 3 roommates. Heat and hot water are included in rent. Utilities average about $50-65 a month.

Living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared and large.
