The home is located in Carnation WA and is situated on 1.3 peaceful acres surrounded with beautiful trees and a garden. Carnation is ~20 min to Snoqualmie, Issaquah, or Redmond and ~45 min to Seattle. The home features a large shared Entertainment/Kitchen area, shared laundry, shared bathroom and space for some storage in the garage or shed, and a pellet BBQ. I have two chocolate labs, 5 chickens, and a turkey. Utilities included. Pets may be considered for an additional deposit. Must pass background and credit checks.
*Female roommate prefered. I am a single father of a young daughter and have another female roommate.
