There are currently 4 tenants renting at the house, 2 in the basement and 2 on the main floor. We are all students in college, the landlord being the father of one of the current tenants. We’re super welcoming and inclusive and want to find someone who clicks with the rest of us. The top priority is to foster a healthy and safe house environment for all tenants. Bonus points if you’re also a nerd like us. We will perform an interview for all applicants that would like to move forward with looking into renting the space.
