Room Details: This private 12x12 room comes furnished with a Queen-size bed. It features new flooring, recently painted walls, a large mirrored closet, and a dual-paned window overlooking the back patio.

Shared Bathroom: The shared bathroom has been fully remodeled with a new tub/shower, tile, fixtures, vanity, medicine cabinet, and toilet.

Common Areas: The entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and features a new air conditioning unit.

• Kitchen: Upgraded with new cabinets, floors, and appliances including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. It is fully stocked with kitchen essentials.
• Living/Dining: Furnished with a couch, 55-inch TV, new dining table, and high-seated chairs. Cleaning products are also provided.
• Outdoor Space: A private patio is available for hanging out or BBQ.

Community & Location: Located in a safe, gated condominium community (22 units total) on a quiet cul-de-sac with street parking available. The unit is centrally located off the 805 & 94 highways, within a 8-minute drive of Downtown, Balboa Park, and North Park.

Amenities: Washers and dryers are located in the building and shared with 3 other units. Both tenants are frequently away, one on weekdays and the other on weekends.

The household consists of myself, the owner (32, UCSD Engineering alum, Construction Project Manager). I work long hours during the week and am often away for half the weekends, pursuing interests like sports, golf, skiing, and beach activities. I share my space with my friendly and well-behaved 4-year-old Border Collie mix, Magic.

The second housemate is a 30-year-old friend since high school, a former military member, who is exceptionally clean and respectful. He bartends, enjoys EDM events and the beach on weekends. The available room shares a fully remodeled bathroom with him.
