Room was a former office and nail shop. Shared bathroom w/ female roommate only. Shared Common Areas. Half of a bath on 1st floor. Large backyard with covered patio and driveway parking. Washer and dryer on-site. House is kept cleaned, quiet, and safe. Video surveillance on premises. No Storage. No smoking indoors. Neighborhood quiet. Female preferred, no couples. Public transit right outside neighborhood. Gas Station within walking distanxe.

On the North side (near Spring), Close to I-45, 610, and IAH airport.

One works weekdays and some weekends on-site in healthcare field. Early 40s. She is nice, quiet, and clean. Stays to herself mostly. No pets. Shes from Louisiana but been in Houston for 20 years.

I (owner) am from the DMV area & relocated here in the last 2 years. I am BSBA & MBA Graduate; life learner. I have no children, but I do have a fur child (Oreo; 13 months). I work from home and an entrepreneur as well, so I have 2 remote businesses and growing. Im laid back chill type but very nice, clean, and fun.

Home is mostly quiet during the week with occasionally music playing (weekends only). I mind my business, clean, and neat and reside on the 1st floor of the home, Oreo too. My office is on the 2nd floor with a closed-door policy.
