Hello! I’m looking to share this 4 bedroom 2 bath house in SW Bend with one other roommate! We each get 2 bedrooms and our own private bathrooms for plenty of individual private space to hoard our traysures and retreat after a hard and overstimulating day. For all other moments, we have plenty of shared spaces, such as the living room, kitchen, dining area, 2-car garage (for storing even more our outdoor traysures), and a spacious backyard (fully fenced). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and near the free bus line into town, so a nice combo of safe yet accessible. **As a quick FYI, these pics are not up-to-date. I’ll update the living room and kitchen photos once my current roommate has moved some more of his things so you can get an idea of what furniture is in there now. Also, the 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom in the pictures will be unfurnished - I kept the furnished photos in for perspective. :)

I’m a 34yo, outdoors-loving gal with many, predictable, Bend-esque interests. With outdoor stuff, my favorite activities include rock climbing, hiking, running, and a leisurely SUP. Indoors, I love to read, cook / bake, and watch whatever tickles my fancy that day. I work from home for a museum exhibit design company and use my second BR as an office, with the occasional work trip stealing me away for a few days at a time. I love to socialize over beers and shared activities, but am about 50 / 50 on socializing to me-time. Last but certainly not least, I have a VERY handsome, 80lb lapdog named Oswald. He has a very slow and sweet demeanor, with a heart as big as his giant head. He instantly loves all people, other dogs, and just about everything else (excluding skateboards, balloons, and drones).
