About the room
Hello! Room size is roughly 10x11 with a private closet and bathroom. Can include television if desired. Bathroom is shared between two bedrooms so if the other room is occupied it is shared. There is another half bathroom in the same hallway that is shared as well. The home is pretty new, it was built in 2023. The room is furnished with a bed. Large backyard. You’ll have access to appliances such as laundry, kitchen, refrigerator, etc. Garage is restricted.
About the roomies
Currently, it’s me and one other roommate. We are both quiet and clean, and work normal 9-5 hours. I am looking for someone who is also clean, quiet and respectful.
