FURNISHED ROOM FOR RENT, in Dana Point, CA.
Located near Doheny Beach Harbor, near restaurants, beaches, parks, and resort spas like the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & SPA. The Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf Astoria (St. Regis), Monarch Beach Resorts, and Club Montage Laguna Beach, Surf & Sand Resort. Also, nearby are Dana Hills High School, Dana Point Public Library, Dana Hills Tennis Center, Costco, Ralphs Albertson grocery stores, CVS Pharmacy, malls, movie theaters, and close to Saddleback College
The room rental is a month-to-month agreement for one person at $1,200 a month. (Some utilities included). 1st month of rent and last $800 is applied to the last month’s rent . Travel nurse are welcome and International students or interns are also welcome.
